This policy explains how Accurate Stabilising, a trading name of Accurate Asphalt & Road Repairs Pty Ltd (ABN 41 096 051 311), handles personal information collected through this website. It is written to reflect what the site actually does.
What we collect
The enquiry form on this site asks for your name, email address, phone number, company or organisation, the region your project is in, and a description of the work. Only the name, email address and message are required; the rest help us answer you properly.
We do not ask for and do not want payment details, identity documents or any other sensitive information through this site.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and keep a record of the correspondence. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you ask us to.
How it reaches us
A submitted form is delivered to us by email through a transactional email provider. It is stored in our business email and in our ordinary project records for as long as we need it for the enquiry and for our record-keeping obligations.
We do not publish enquiries, and we share them outside the business only where we need to in order to deliver the work you have asked about, or where the law requires it.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used: which pages are visited, roughly where visitors come from, and how they move through the site. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information about your device and browsing. It does not tell us who you are.
You can block these cookies in your browser, or install Google's opt-out browser add-on, without losing access to anything on this site.
We also use Microsoft Clarity to see how pages are actually used: which parts of a page people read, where they scroll to, and where they click. Clarity records these interactions and can replay a visit as a session recording. It sets its own cookies and, like Google Analytics, does not tell us who you are.
Clarity masks text entered into form fields by default, so what you type into the enquiry form is not captured in a recording. The enquiry itself reaches us by email, as described above.
You can block these cookies in your browser without losing access to anything on this site.
Access, correction and complaints
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, you can raise it with us first, and then with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
