How we work with you
Flexible ways to engage Accurate, depending on your project requirements.
Everything required to build the pavement from start to finish, self-delivered and handed over complete.
Plant and crew for the stabilisation step itself, working to your programme with your own resources alongside.
Cost efficiency
In-situ stabilisation reuses the material already in the ground, so there is no new material to import and no spoil to cart away. Less transport, less handling and a single mobilisation of plant make it a faster, more cost-effective way to rebuild a road.
More transport. Higher costs. Longer program.

New gravel carted in from the quarry, load by load.

The old pavement dug out and trucked away as spoil.

Extra trucks, excavators and crew on site for longer.

Haulage, tipping and program time all add to the price.
Less movement. A smarter solution.

Stabilise on site, with nothing imported and nothing carted away.
Fewer truck movements, less haulage and less disruption to traffic.
One pass of the recycler, compacted and back under traffic sooner.

FAQs
Accurate is a contractor, not a consultancy. Where a client has a pavement design from their engineer, we build to it. Where a job is small enough that a full design isn't warranted (a car park, a subdivision road, a rural access), we'll recommend a pavement structure sized to the traffic, the subgrade and the client's standard, and put it in writing. For anything larger, we work alongside the client's designer and bring the practical input: what the material on site will actually do, which binder suits it, and what depth will get to the required strength.
Full reconstruction (dig out the old pavement, cart it away, bring in new base, build it up) is the right answer when the existing pavement is too thin or too contaminated to recycle. It's the expensive answer, and often it's specified when it doesn't need to be. Accurate will tell you which one your pavement needs. In most cases where there's 150mm or more of granular material in the ground, in-situ stabilisation gets to the same or better strength for around half the cost and a fraction of the truck movements, and we'll say so.
