For head contractors

The Sector

You need a subcontractor who's prequalified, who owns the plant, who'll turn up on the date, and who won't create a coordination problem.

That's the brief, and here's how Accurate Stabilising answers it.

Accountability when something turns up

On stabilisation work, something usually turns up under the surface: wetter subgrade than the bore logs said, a service that wasn't on the plan, or material that needs more binder than the design allowed.

When Accurate's crew hits it, the decision gets made on site, that day, by a site supervisor who'll still be there when the seal goes down. Instead of an RFI and a two-day delay, you get a phone call and a recommendation.

Cost efficiency

Same ground. Lower costs.

In-situ stabilisation reuses the material already in the ground, so there is no new material to import and no spoil to cart away. Less transport, less handling and a single mobilisation of plant make it a faster, more cost-effective way to rebuild a road.

Traditional approach

More transport. Higher costs. Longer program.

  • Import material

New gravel carted in from the quarry, load by load.

  • Export waste

The old pavement dug out and trucked away as spoil.

  • More plant and labour

Extra trucks, excavators and crew on site for longer.

  • Increased costs

Haulage, tipping and program time all add to the price.

In-situ stabilisation

Less movement. A smarter solution.

  • Reuse existing material

Stabilise on site, with nothing imported and nothing carted away.

  • Lower transport costs

Fewer truck movements, less haulage and less disruption to traffic.

  • Faster delivery

One pass of the recycler, compacted and back under traffic sooner.

How to engage

How to engage Accurate

  1. Part-service: plant and crew

Accurate brings the stabiliser, the spreader truck, the water cart and the operators. Your crews handle compaction, trimming and surfacing with the rollers and grader you already have on site. This is how Port Botany, North Star Road and the Newell Highway job at Trewilga were delivered.

  2. Full-service: the whole stabilisation scope

Pre-milling, spreading, mixing, compaction, trimming, and seal or asphalt, self-delivered by Accurate and handed over complete. One line item, one site supervisor, one point of accountability. Wollongong City Council's four Illawarra jobs were all delivered full-service.

  3. For a price

Send the drawings and the programme to quotes@accuratestabilising.com.au and we'll price the stabilisation scope, part- or full-service. Either way, Transport for NSW Z1, A2, R2 and F2 prequalification flows through to your submission.

Same roads. Stronger tomorrow.
