Stabilisation methods
The core of the business. Each method suits a different pavement, a different traffic load and a different budget.
- In-Situ StabilisationThe flagship. Recycling the existing pavement in place, with the right binder, to a stronger standard. Part- or full-service.
- Road RecyclingThe same method, framed for what it saves: up to 100% of the existing material reused, most truck movements eliminated.
- Sub-Grade Lime StabilisationDrying and strengthening wet or reactive clay subgrades so construction can proceed and the pavement above it lasts.
- Base-Course StabilisationBinding the granular base with slag/lime or cement blends to the strength the traffic demands.
- Powder BindersLime, cement, slag and fly ash, spread and mixed to specification.
- Dry Polymer BindersWater-resistant, dust-suppressing polymer treatment for unsealed and haul roads.

Integrated delivery
What makes it one job rather than three.
Why one contractor for the whole scope
Every handover between subcontractors is a place for a job to slip.
A road that's assessed, stabilised, trimmed and surfaced by the same crew, under the same site supervisor, on the same contract, has one point of accountability. If the subgrade turns out wetter than the bore logs suggested, and on stabilisation work something usually turns up, the decision is made on site, that day, by people who'll still be there when the seal goes down.
Owned plant is the other half of it. Accurate's fleet of Wirtgen and Bomag stabilisers, two spreader trucks, water carts, paver, rollers and tipper is maintained in-house and operated by crews who know it. A breakdown doesn't wait on a hire company.
